Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smart Furniture Design Inc. We are committed to delivering your furniture safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, processing times, delivery options, and related issues.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 48 contiguous states of the United States
- For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations, please contact us before placing your order at [email protected]
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
- Custom furniture or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (usually 5–10 business days).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and freight shipping based on the item size and destination:

Freight Shipping (LTL) | 7–14 business days | Large furniture, sofas, beds, etc. |
White Glove Delivery* | 7–21 business days | Optional for selected large items |
*White Glove Delivery includes in-room placement and packaging removal. Assembly services may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order values.
- For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
6. Delivery Issues
a. Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will do our best to assist.
b. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first.
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 3 business days at [email protected].
c. Refused or Missed Deliveries
- Refused deliveries or missed freight appointments may incur a re-delivery or restocking fee.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
- We may offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer regular international shipping through the website.
