1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 48 contiguous states of the United States
  • For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations, please contact us before placing your order at [email protected]

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
  • Custom furniture or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (usually 5–10 business days).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and freight shipping based on the item size and destination:

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order values.
  • For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS).


6. Delivery Issues

a. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will do our best to assist.

b. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first.
  • If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 3 business days at [email protected].

c. Refused or Missed Deliveries

  • Refused deliveries or missed freight appointments may incur a re-delivery or restocking fee.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer regular international shipping through the website.
